Slaming doors

Liked: Location Location Location
Disliked: Needs a complete make over from guest rooms to guest hallways to public spaces. No door closure actuator on room entrance doors just spring loaded consequently we heard slamming of doors as guest entered and exited all night. At check out I spoke about this issue to the guest agent on duty and she afforded me a discount with regards to the slamming doors,( many thanks to her). They make note on their web page that they are under renovations but I did not see any evidence of such, but when will it begin?

Liked: Inner harbour location. Convenient and free parking. Restaurant onsite.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean room and bedding. Ideal location
Disliked: Awful bed. I slept in the chair as the bed was so bad.I talk to the front desk and they said they have maintenance look at. No offer to compensate in any way.
