Disliked: Pool and hot tub out of order, not mentioned at time or reservation. Had I know we would've booked somewhere else. Reception staff was very cold mannered.

I won’t be staying there...

Liked: The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and there was also clean towels.
Disliked: The rest of the room was filthy… garbage on night stand , floor was disgusting and bathroom was filthy.Checking in was mass confusion as well… the girl that checked me in didn’t have a clue what she was doing?!

We won’t back and will...

Liked: Bed was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Floor in room was dirty, garbage can wasn’t emptied, empty shampoo bottle in bathroom and swimming pool was out of order. Whole place seems somewhat rundown.
