Hostel or Hotel?

Liked: The room felt dirty, marks on the sheets and mould in the bathroom. It had a piece of wood holding up the air conditioning. It's more of a hostel vibe, not a nice hotel. Location was great close to everything

Excellent location and customer service

Liked: The location was excellent. Easily accessible by train from airport and walking distance to Stanley Park (20 mins.). Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, especially Brandy who was extremely patient in helping me solve a credit card issue.
Disliked: Not much. Maybe a little dated.
