Disliked: While registering a guest in front of us was required to pay $100.00 cash deposit “required “ if paying cash for the room, the customer was using a card to pay for the room. He was african American.

Disliked: The front clerk Phenny canceled or reservation at 3:48am eventhough we communicated the entire drive to Georgia. I made it clear that we were ubering and delayed, yet our reservation was canceled in the middle of the morning and we had to rebook.Our room was dirty to the point that I had to wear shoes. I was grateful for a bed and clean water after a long day, but I always book with days in near ft. Lauderdale and have never had a poor like the one I had yesterday.Also, I specifically booked this hotel for breakfast in the am. Breakfast at this location unlike to one in fort Lauderdale (which have Continental breakfast available), was a muffin, tea/coffee and an apple. I had a cup of tea for breakfast.

A decent place to exit...

Liked: The beds were quite comfortable, the room appeared to be in the midst of repairs or reconstruction. Spackling on the walls, paint chipped on bathroom door, bathroom definitely needed some attention.

Maybe better than motel 6.

Disliked: Advertised as renovated, but has not been done in years.

Liked: Room had or was in process of being updated. Flooring was new although paint had been dropped at some point. Bathroom updated. New TV
Disliked: Ceiling paint peeling, bathroom door needed serious painting and seen cock roach running from top of cabinet under tv. Bathroom floor corners filthy
