Liked: Clean room. Courteous staff. REAL pillows. Not those tiny things usually in lower priced hotels
Disliked: TV didn't work. Snowy picture on all channels. Was told they were having cable problems. That would be one thing a hotel should have had fixed immediately since it affects every room. No coffee maker in room. NO HOT WATER... Really? On one of the coldest nights of the year. I left it running for 15 minutes. Not even lukewarm. Needless to say they won't get my business in the future.
