Most employees were friendly with the exception of the lady at the desk on Sunday 5/22 - kind of snippy.

Liked: It was convenient to the stadium and was a good price. The room we had was small, but I didn't have much money for a more expensive room. Everything was clean and I was surprised by full size shampoo/ conditioner and body wash in the shower.
Disliked: The room didn't even have a small refrigerator. Breakfast was very small. Got coffee and juice were available but there was only apples, chocolate donuts and chocolate chip granola bars. I realize that we went to eat closer to the end time allotted, but I'm deadly allergic to chocolate and an apple was my only option.

Disliked: I was going to my brothers wife’s funeral. After I made the reservation, my family asked that I show up early to help prepare, so I immediately contacted the facility at 11:25 am. They said you needed to okay it and let them know. Despite repeated attempts to get an answer from you, you ignored me ? I am being charged @$ 123. for staying in a place I never stayed in ? Does that seem right to you ? Is that how you would want to be treated while grieving a family member ?

Disliked: They don't listen to customers need (care-free). I called the hotel and went there in-person to tell them to debit work credit card instead of my personal card, which they confirm and assured me that it will be done as directed. At the end of the stay, my personal card was debited and I was told the reversal can only be done when their manager comes back from vacation after a month later. I still couldn't get the receipt with the right amount of card debited and amount.
