Most employees were friendly with the exception of the lady at the desk on Sunday 5/22 - kind of snippy.

Liked: The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable parking was good .
Disliked: OK, the bad, the clientele over the weekend was mostly a bunch of partiers making loud noises throughout the building deep into the night time, leaving Little to no sleep. It definitely seemed like a common occurrence and the staff does nothing about it. Two other complaints I have, like most reviews there really is no breakfast which is OK just don’t advertise that you have one and the other was there was no room service for the five days that we were there not one time.

Disliked: no breakfast. only coffee and prewrapped stale donut. room we were given was not ready....no sheets on bed, no pillow covers etc. had to take luggage back to desk and get a new room which took another 15-20 minutes late at night .

Liked: I liked the setup of the room; it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had an abundance of clean towels and washcloths, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The front desk clerk who checked me in was one of the most disinterested and unhelpful individuals I have met in hotel work! I was just a piece of meat to her, just putting time through the electronic system with no personal connection. In addition, I had to repeat several checking steps that I had already completed both in registration (through booking.com), and via the texted app the day prior to arrival. The heater and the bathroom fan in the room were both among the noisiest I have had to deal with.
