Liked: Customer service was outstanding

Disliked: The property was rundown. Stains on walls holes in walls. The carpet was sticky and stained. The entire facility smelled bad. Some of the bedding was stained. Candy wrappers in the fold out couch. Door to the bathroom was broken in half and wouldn’t close all the way. It was not what I expected

Liked: Location is good-had stayed at the Hampton Inn last Dec that’s next door.
Disliked: It was not very clean-looked like poop on the bedspread. Sheets very dingy-I wondered if they were fresh or had not been changed. I wiped down surfaces-ran out of tissues to do this. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. A road crew was staying there and the machine ran out of coffee and there was no new canister of it to put in the machine. The farm fresh yogurt was delicious though. I knew it would not be as nice as a 3 -star hotel but didn’t expect to have a dirty bedspread or no coffee and wonder if I had clean sheets-very disappointed but I guess that’s what you get for $67.

Good location . Fairly clean...

Liked: The breakfast was not very good. The coffee machine was broke as was the juice machine. The waffle machine worked well otherwise not many choices for breakfast.
Disliked: Killed a small cockroach near the toilet. Paint peeling in bathtub. Towel rack about to fall off wall as was the clothes rack.

Disappointing

Disliked: It’s smelled like smoke, and the bathroom drain smell like sewage and it also smelled like they moped with a sour mop. It wasn’t very clean, sheets had spots and the toilet wasn’t all the way clean.

Very good

Liked: remodel was nice, but attention to detail in the bathroom could have been better.
Disliked: the shower faucet was loose and there were barely enough towels.
