Liked: Very good location, clean room and bedding, ok breakfast
Disliked: Heating baseboard made nose at night… rooms were cold (15 degrees) when we checked in

Disliked: There were no USB plugs in the room. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. Ugly wooden board nailed to the window wall made the room look cheap. Breakfast room looked like a disaster and the breakfast food served was cheap.

No empathy, no trust to...
Liked: Location. It fitted my plans to travel to USA next morning.
Disliked: I called in the morning. The lady who answered the phone told me that the room I reserved and paid via BOOKING wouldn't fit 5 adults. She said in these cases they use an additional foldable bed or a similar solution. I asked her to do it for us. I asked even with an additional message (via BOOKING) to have the solution ready for, while we would arrive late at night. I did not receive an answer all day. When we arrived we realized that nothing had been done. The employees on shift at the moment did not recognize any of these. They propose to pay for an additional room, or to sleep on the floor on a filthy, very small mattress. I paid for an additional room, of course, and I asked via BOOKING for a refund. Still waiting.
