Disappointing

Disliked: It was dirty and I didn’t feel safe. People doing drugs out front, some guy was walking around talking to himself and another lady was beating on a room door screaming at her partner. Staff payed no attention to any of it. My room floor was disgusting. Sticky spots all over the floor and the bathroom was filthy.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting.

Liked: Nothing. The property was not good at all.
Disliked: The staff was rude and hardly knew what they were doing. The website says they allow pets, I drove over 8 hours just for them to try to tell me my cat wasn’t allowed. If a barking, stinking dog that will use the bathroom anywhere is allowed, how is a small, quiet cat with a litter box not? There also is no elevator so at 70 years old I had to pack all my belongings up and down the stairs. The rooms were horribly dirty. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned in days. The shower was gross. There were outlet covers missing off the outlets, the room smelled horrible.
