Liked: Everything was great except, when I paid received no receipt. When got ready to leave asked for a receipt and gentleman at the desk said can't give me one. I keep all receipt from when I travel. Too many times people steal from your cards so I always get and keep mine. So I am disappointed that they couldn't give me one.

Liked: Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for my daughter and I. Beds are extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Very minor things that need improvement, housekeeping could clean a bit better but the staff is very accommodating to fix whatever issues get brought to their attention.

Disliked: Service, the attitudes, comments from staff; angry/ prejudiced. The hotel booked me into a room that had not been cleaned yet, oops!, and blamed another staff member for that, so I had to get my luggage bring it back down, then go to a different room, hot chocolate packets used with the hot water machine were put away because the counter lady said they didn’t have enough, the other lady said someone has to buy more in the morning, which is it? Who knows, two stories same question. Not allowed to sit in the lobby and told ( no sign saying so) there is “no hanging out in the lobby”, why, other people sit there watch tv with their kids and dog and serve a meal at a table where four people sit to eat..IN THE LOBBY, funny huh? Not really it is prejudiced
