Liked: All was as expected. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Not as good as usual,

Liked: As usual everything is easy to get to and the staff are very helpful, where possible.
Disliked: Shower valve was broken, so only able to have lukewarm showers, room 122. Recent Wi-Fi router changes, makes it not possible for my work laptop to connect directly. The hotel does not control the Wi-Fi settings, so they were unable to fix it. Thanks goodness my company supports bring your own device, otherwise I would have been snookered.

Liked: Very helpful staff and nearby eating outlets.
Disliked: The wash basin was in the room and not in the en-suite, An over soft and very high bed. The towel rail in the room did not operate so towels remained damp.
