Very disappointed, this is the...

Liked: Room had been basically cleaned okay, bed was very comfortable, kettle was clean, water hot, room warm as there was an electric radiator (presumably to offset the gap in the window). Towels thick and soft.
Disliked: Wall and window sill had graffiti on. Walls dirty, stained, covered in dust. Skirting board removed, several walls had been painted dark colour to look like skirting board but one part of the wall hadn't. Window lock had broken so was locked with a bolt which we would have been unable to open had there been a fire in the corridor. Gap where window didn't shut properly. Would have preferred sink to be in same room as toilet.

Liked: Bed was comfy, price was very good value for money, reasonable choice for food next door.
Disliked: TV was very small, couldn't read the subtitles form the bed (trying to keep sound down as it was late). Shower and shower seat were very slipppery. would benefit from at least one of the plug sockets having a usb oulet for phone charging.
