Horrible

Liked: First of all I booked for 2 adults and 4 kids. Got a really tiny room and than I went to front desk asked them for a bigger room as o requested prior to coming. Got told they booked up even tho I booked ahead 2 weeks. So than I told the guy well what don’t do with my kids do we sleep on floor? All he said well sorry and that’s it. Sorry but won’t be back!

Liked: Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Looking forward to the pool and hot tub. Pool was packed with kids all day/night. We have kids, we get it 100%. Went down at 0940ish to squeeze in 15 mins of the hot tub before it closed to find it barely warm and water level quite low. We chose that hotel for the pool/ hot tub - so a bit disappointing but not terrible. Went upstairs to have a hot shower to warm up after the"hot tub" .... and water was not hot at all.

Great weight room for serious...

Liked: The weight room is the best I’ve ever seen! Better than lots of gyms, with a full rack of dumbbells plus other cable machines.
Disliked: Nothing.
