Horrible experience

Liked: Very bad experience. Was promised a cancelation day one of a 3 night stay. Was treated like a tennis ball between the property and booking.com. The number given to speak with someone at the property was a personal cell phone. No one ever answered or returned my call. This played out until it was time for check out on the last day. I feel like I was scammed. The location that I reserved a room for is not the location the system set me up with. Was going to Missouri, City Texas. The location that tried everything under the sun to keep from contacting me until it was too late, was in the state of Missouri. Was hung up on several times by Booking.com agents. Very bad experience indeed. After all of that received an email saying I couldn't get a cancelation basically because it was too late.

Disliked: There was not an elevator the carpets were dirty the hotel was dirty in general the beds were hard the walls were thin and all day and all night you could hear babies crying people talking and yelling other TVs out was just noisey constantly. I was just uncomfortable the whole time I was there and couldn't wait to go home.

Disliked: I didn’t like the pillows there weren’t enough towels, and there was a weird red light on the microwave that annoyed me
