The whole experience was pretty neutral. Nothing bad but nothing stood out either.

Liked: Great location for where I wanted to be.

Overall a decent place to stay at a very decent price. The warm breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

Liked: Front desk attendents were friendly.
Disliked: They were out of sheets and blankets for our fold out bed.

Disliked: The first room they put us in the bed was already laid in and it stunk so bad like cigarette smoke. The second room smelt like cigarette and there was dirty rags in the shower

Liked: The staff were friendly and great.
Disliked: The hallways and elevators smelled like cigarettes, weed, and mildew despite this being a smoke-free facility. Stains on walls and carpet caked in years of filth. Rooms have similar issues with stains, dirt, mold, and mildew on every surface including the duvet. My room had a foul odor and there was cockroach feces on the wall and caked into every electronic within the room. The sink had some unknown substance all over it and smelled. The shower and ceiling in the bathroom was caked in mold and parts of the ceiling had fallen out from water damage and never repaired. I’ve never seen a hotel in this condition before.
