Liked: Facilities were people friendly with nice staff and modern accommodations. Very accessible rooms with cart dollies and elevator.

Doubt I'll use this hotel...

Liked: Availability, check in staff very courteous.
Disliked: Breakfast very, very minimal, carpets very stained and dirty in rm 213, sink drain blocked

Liked: The room was satisfactory. The saddest breakfast I've ever seen. It was so bad.

Clean and comfortable lodging

Liked: The room, fixtures, and carpet were all very clean. The shower water pressure was nice and strong. The staff was friendly. The breakfast included waffles, cereal and bagels and cream cheese.

The price was fair but...

Liked: The location was great. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The heater vent and the outside of the heater was filthy, in fact it was disgustingly dirty. It looked like someone could have urinated on it. When I turned it on, it smelled disgusting. I called the front desk and she just said thr smell was because it hadn't been turned on in a while. She came to the room and said nothing about how dirty it was on the outside.

Disliked: Absolutely unfriendly and rude! The GM from this hotel has no sense for customer service and treated me disrespectfully and was overall unprofessional.
