Disappointing

Liked: The room were ok. They smelled clean but could have used more cleaning. Beds were ok. Towels were dirty

Liked: Did not eat breakfast.
Disliked: Not controlling disrespectful behavior by other guests. I had to request a different room because the guest was yelling at kids with the door wide open.

Prefect location for our volleyball...

Liked: Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean
Disliked: Breakfast!! You should NOT say you have breakfast if all you have is coffee, one waffle maker and toast! No fruits or yogurt which is what we needed for our 8am game!

Liked: We have a service animal. It barks to alert of a on coming seizure. The house keeper complained about it, so they asked us to leave.
Disliked: Not friendly to service animals or those with disablities.

Liked: location, staff, granted my request for ground floor
Disliked: black bugs, tv channels minimal, uncomfortable with clientele, looked like an ICE party waiting to happen, glad i was armed, did not feel comfortable leaving anything in my vehicle overnight, in need of major renovation
