Place needs help.

Liked: Beds were clean and comfortable. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Whole place smelled musty, breakfast offerings were lacking, lobby restrooms and laundry facilities out of order.

Very good

Liked: Convenient location. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet.
Disliked: Building was overly warm and it took an hour to get the room comfortable. Tub drain was very slow. Breakfast selections very limited. Location mostly vacant with very few guests heard.
