Fleas on the bed.

Liked: The worst experience I've had with a hotel. The first night I woke up with a flea on my neck. I turned on the light and saw more fleas on my pillow. I took video and went to the front desk. There was no one to attend me so I called booking to file a complaint. I was told the hotel would reach out to me within 48 hrs, but they never did. I left to find a new hotel in the middle of the night where I spent the rest of my stay. I stopped by this hotel every day to try to speak to a manager. Each time I was told there wasn't any manager on site and they took down my information but no one ever called me. I am already looking to take legal action againts the hotel and against booking .com. You all need to remove this property from your listing. Have you not seen the amount of countless bad reviews that talk about roaches, sanitation issues and theft in this hotel? It's a huge irresponsibility on your part to keep listing them, booking people and then not even being able to help them get a refund.
