Didn't bother staying

Liked: The front desk clerk was friendly.
Disliked: The deadbolt didn't work. Taped up broken window. Didn't feel clean. The step in front of the door is a safely hazard. Room was clearly not taken care of. So many poorly patched holes on the walls. Doors looked like it gad been forced open.

I didn’t get to stay...

Liked: Apart, pulling up to the facility, the facility was nice unfortunately when I got into the facility after booking it online, I ran into issues and complications. The guy behind the desk was checking with the ladies to see if they had cleaned the room and this, and that only to have to leave and been told that I couldn’t get the room. Something was wrong with the room when I got there they had all day to contact me and let me know about the room. I wish I drive 40 minutes out of the way to get to the facility only to have to end up picking up my fiancé from the airport and going to stay at another room, so I’m very upset and disappointed that I didn’t get to use this facility and for that I give it. I wish it was a negative one.

Liked: Easy access to I45 to get out of there!
Disliked: Everything. We arrived and checked in and omg! I don’t even know where to start. We didn’t get the king studio bc apparently the lock was busted so they put us in another king room which would have been fine however they wouldn’t change the cost even though there was a price difference. Whatever, no biggie. The real issues started when we walked into this horror movie! Roaches and bugs EVERYWHERE! As soon as we turned the lights on you could see them crawling all over the stained bed comforter, the phone that didn’t work, tv stand, literally EVERYWHERE! The ceiling had brown gross stains. The mini fridge looked like someone had peed all over it, the tv didn’t work, the bathroom was bug infested and all over the place as well. We didn’t even set our bags down, there was no way I was staying in that. Went back to office and nicely told him about the room and we asked for anything else as long as it was clean. He did not seem surprised by the filth or that we requested to switch rooms. He was rude at all however he seemed very used to these complaints. Anyway, he then sent us to another room and it was literally the same as the first, absolutely disgusting! Went back to office, proceeded to show him pictures of all the filth and once again, he didn’t seem surprised. He did tell us we couldn’t get a refund so he sent us to yet another room. This one thank goodness wasn’t nearly as bad. There were bugs but at least they were dead on the floor lol. I get days inn isn’t known to be a luxury hotel however any days inn we’ve ever stayed out was clean and comfortable so this kinda floored me. Take my advice and just pay the little extra for someplace else. Soooo gross!!!! I’ve posted a few pictures below, they only let you upload 4 so I couldn’t show everything.

It was nightmare much stay.

Liked: They didn't have a good breakfast and I couldn't eat because they didn't have spoon, plates, fork or knives.
Disliked: The owner was not professional and she was very rude, sarcastic and ironic when I told her that the rooms are not clean and I found many cockroaches and I stayed only for one night and I used only one room because they didn't have another room to give me since we tried 5 different rooms and all have cockroaches. The situation was so frustrated.
