Liked: Check in was completely ridiculous. I did everything to make it an easy quick check in and it took a phone call to booking.com support staff and an hour to finally get checked in. Then the room was supposed to be level 1 which normally would be the floor the office is on. Not here, it was basically below ground. So the TV didn't want to work at all. Had trouble with it the whole stay. No bath tub just a shower. Kind of disappointing all the way around. They gave me no compensation for the ignorance of the front desk person that took an hour to check me in.

It is so so and...
Liked: The breakfast was too simple with very limited selections there compared to the Days Inns in Canada. I expect the breakfast level should be similar within Days Inn chains but they are not the same level. The room is also too small for a family with a kid and the washroom is too narrow for a big guy to turning around inside

Liked: The front staff when I came in was not very informative about basic things such as breakfast and wifi. The room was average in cleanliness There were stuff on the walls and light switch plates. Coffee maker still had an old pod in the coffe maker Floors didn’t appear to be vacuum or wiped downIf I wasn’t staying by myself I definitely would have left And I basically was there for only about 8 hours each day Breakfast was only from 6-9 with very limited choices I would not stay there again It definitely is NOT a three star hotel

Disliked: The front desk workers tried to scam me. He asked for my credit card to put the $100 security deposit on and then after I had handed my card he proceeded to charge me $216, $116, and $100. When I asked about it he proceeded to argue with me. After several rounds of back and forth he finally agreed to give me back $216. After check out my account was credited for $100 but absolutely no word on the reimbursement of the $116 charge. On top of that the room we booked was a smoke-free queen room however upon arrival it stunk horribly of smoke. I reached out to booking.com since I was unable to reach corporate and they let me know they were also having similar issues getting in contact with the property to resolve these issues. Based on other reviews it seems like this is a pattern of the hotels to charge people randomly and then argue/refuse to give money back.
