Unpleasant and unrestful

Disliked: Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Staff didn't respond and instructed us to unplug.

It was ok. We know...

Liked: The bed and how quiet the area was.
Disliked: Had to go looking for someone at front desk every time. Also hk never came around to exchange at least the towel sets.

Clean and friendly but will...

Liked: The entire facility was clean and well kept.
Disliked: Television reception was bad, with continuous pixilated picture. The bed was super hard. The breakfast was very limited and the attendant began putting it away 45 minutes before the end time.

Disgusting bathrooms.

Liked: They didn't charge us a $100 deposit like their website implied
Disliked: The bathroom in our room was disgusting. The bathroom floors and walls clearly had not been cleaned in weeks let alone in between guests. One of the front desk individuals was incredibly rude and disrespectful to a guest trying to check in before us. They didn't even care or seem surprised we left for a cleaner facility within an hour of checking in.
