disappointing stay

Liked: Breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel in this class. Waffles like usual but the eggs were powdered, pastry selection was awful, and no yogurt, granola or anything else.
Disliked: They advertised a hot tub spa but it was not working and the staff even admitted that it has been out for many months without being repaired. They should not be advertising facilities that you do not intend to provide.

Liked: Could have been better, cooking area was messy and poorly stocked while I was there.
Disliked: A little over priced compared to another Motel I later stayed in a few blocks away.

Disliked: Highly disappointed that I booked this location for the hot tub my husband was having spinal surgery and I needed to unwind, the hot tub was broken and nobody told me this when I booked our room

Disliked: Ice machine not working, water for shower took forever to heat up, breakfast not good.

Liked: Checked out a day early. Still charged for 6 days. Won’t use your service again and will not stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: Not clean. People at front desk very hard to understand.
