I liked it, I will...

Liked: The location is in a good area and the staff were very helpful and polite. They made sure that all issues were resolved.
Disliked: There was an issue with the room assigned to us, the water faucet in the shower wasn’t working, and the cable for the tv was not installed yet.However, accommodation was made to get a new room right away

disappointed & frustrating

Liked: the A/C AND HEATER actually worked this time.
Disliked: I did not like that my request was not even thought of when I booked the room. I arrived and the lobby staff was sleeping in the back room, I had to wait and scream for help for awhile. I was restricted towels when I asked for more. the pillows were small and uncomfortable. the first room I was placed in was extremely far away from the elevator when when I advised I have back and knee issues(per my request to be on first floor). also the first room i was placed in had ants ALL OVER the toilet, sink, Bathtub and bathroom floor. when i would use things for example the iron board, it literally fell apart when i touched it. when it rained on my stay there was a waterfall right outside my door, so when I opened my door it then poured into my room. I have stayed here several times in the past when visiting family and each time I notice more and more things would be disappointing. this time took the cake. I will not be staying here any more. I have advised most of my friends and family to not stay there either.
