Liked: Location is good, bus station is near by and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The information of breakfast in booking.com is misleading! There was really no breakfast! There were only a few very simple snacks. It was the biggest disappointment!

Liked: 15 minutes from SFO International Airport, A full town within a 15 minute walk, great restaurants. Banks, services, etc. If I come this way, I'll come back here.

Disliked: - They did NOT provide the double bed room I reserved and paid 2 months earlier- To fix the manager got me a separate second room (for disable people), but he keep bothering during the entire trip to leave the rooms, both on - Reception: Always empty place during the day and night, nobody there to attend, horrible checkin experince, Manager asking awful personal questions during checkin.- Frontdesk: Inexistent, crew bothered my trip during my working hours and also on the weekend- Manager: Invaded my privacy asking personal questions and calling me earlier in the room and also when I was not in the room, also he tried to convince to leave my luggage loose so he could move it someplace else.- Insecure parking lot, drug dealers and criminal subjects in place everytime- There are several old cars parked in the parking lot or around the block, there is trailer van parked in the entrance of the parking lot, beware the red old sport car owner.- An old man lives in a pick-up parked in the corner of the parking lot, he lives with two BIG DOGs inside the pick-up, the dogs barks the whole day and the whole night.- No elevator, the stairs carpet smelled literally like HUMAN FECES, so they had something to leave the door opened- Very strange people walking the building structure, some prostitutes and drug dealers live in the rooms.- Really dirty rooms- Old furniture, old mini bar, old microwave- Insecure doors and insecure windows- Really dangerous place
