Good room with all the...

Liked: Days Inn at Wyndham sent a message with a link the night before my stay which enabled me to pre check in which meant when I arrived I was given my room key straight away, despite arriving ahead of the 3pm check in time. Good room with all the facilities required. Reasonably quiet during the night but road noise from 5:30am. Room in need of a little attention = missing door latch, squeaky bed, loose laminate flooring, no bath plug, TV remote hit/miss. Bed comfortable, decent shower/towels and TV channels quite limited. Once again, accommodation advertised with breakfast but they were not providing breakfast.

Liked: Convenient location and close to a lot of stores
Disliked: They gave my room away that I booked months in advance but I did get it settled with the manager which I loved that he was so kind

Had I known this place...

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: No-one mentioned that the place was being refurbished. Workman started about 8 a.m. Hammering and pulling up floor in the room 3 down from us and using the elevator just outside our door to move supplies.The breakfast we had planned on was not available. Not even the coffee! We booked a hotel with breakfast and feel we paid for sleep we didn’t get and food that didn’t exist!
