Old and bad place to...

Liked: Nothing, the place was not like the information.
Disliked: The room had old and worn furniture. There was a leak in the bathroom and the soap and shampoo holder was broken. The heater was very dirty and impossible to use. The refrigerator was very noisy, which was not pleasant to sleep in. The lighting in the room was insufficient. Breakfast had to be requested and was not served, which made it a bit bad because there was no freedom to choose what to eat.

Disliked: This was the worst hotel, a renter sold drugs near the office. UNSAFE! This must have been a hotel used for the homeless.Could not get in touch with Booking.com!! We only stayed one night,no refund!!

Disliked: We never got our room due a “payment failed” , we payed everything they asked for but after everything the manager decided to cancel our reservation, the manager never gave us a reason why they only said the payment failed but we saw in our bank application the money went trough, they asked for to made another reservation and obviously the price went up, when I asked the staff if they have any available room they told me no unfortunately is not room available ,only one with a tv broken, so we don’t understand anything and we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night , we are not from the city and obviously we didn’t know , after several times try to find a hotel we found it but this hotel never gave us any other option apart of to charged us $300 for one night and a room with no all the conditions , the only positive thing I can say is they return us the money we payed.
