Liked: The manager Lori was nice, and breakfast
Disliked: My room was flooded by the person upstairs leaving the bathroom tub on, the night shift person did nothing to assist me. The clientele is very bad, traffic in and out of the rooms all night long. People I didn't know knocking at my door asking me if I wanted to purchase illegal narcotics, and roaches. The only thing good was I was refunded for my inconvenience.

Disliked: They knew there was an aggressive dog on property that was attacking people and they didn’t do anything about it and on November 13 the dog bit my daughter and all the hotel can do was not be around like they were scared

Disliked: Upkeep was under-par. Bathroom baseboard was terrible. Ice machine not working.

Liked: They had a lot to choose from of breakfast items JUST NOT ENOUGH OF ANY ONE ITEMFOR EXAMPLE NOT TOO MUCH CEREAL AND NOT ANY WHERE NEAR ENOUGH WAFFLES OR MUFFINS OR TOAST OR YOGURT OH... BUT THEY DID HAVE PLENTY OF COFFEE...BUT KEPT RUNNING OUT OF CREAMER..... AND THE PARENTS LET THEIR CHILDREN RUN WILD...SCREAMING AND MAKING MESSES. ABSOLUTELY NO SUPERVISION. !!!! NOT A GOOD SITUATION WHEN ADULTS AFE CARRYING HOT ITEMS WHEN THE CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO

Worst experience ever. I want...

Disliked: The service was very rude, then as we pulled up to our room someone was getting arrested in the room next door. Then the tv and lock in the door were broken. There was mold in the bathroom and a lot of water damage. The tub was very dirty and we also saw several roaches. I would like a refund. Worst experience ever

Disliked: The room had repairs done and it looked horribly done. Holes in the restroom wall unfinished drywall patches. Shower fixtures falling apart smell of musty Mabye mold in restroom
