Liked: I like the room it’s newly renovated.
Disliked: The receptionists are not accommodating. At our last breakfast, the in charge for the breakfast time took so long to refill the waffle syrup. We waited too long and we reminded her how many times. Another one when we booked online it says there’s a laundry but when we’re there the receptionist they don’t have one.

Great facilities for disabled people....

Liked: We stayed there for 10 days during Thanksgiving week, 2024. We were very happy with everything. We stayed in a spacious room for disabled people on the ground floor with disabled parking right in front of our door. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful if we needed anything. The location was great, right near the freeway and close to shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast was great. Definitely a great value, and we would stay there again.
Disliked: The first couple of nights we had noisy neighbors that smoked and talked outside their door right next to ours, and fought loudly when they were inside. But it's a motel so you never know who your neighbors will be. Fortunately they didn't stay long. The TV was kind of small but we didn't watch it much anyway.

Disliked: The fact that your manager charged me $295.00 for smoking cigarettes and I don’t smoke cigarettes , I’m not going to fight with the manager, I just won’t be staying there anymore. It’s a shame too becouse I come to vista every month for 2 weeks and fly back to Alaska, I’ll be staying at the Hyatt on Melrose from now on so will the group of 17 others that travel with me for AA non profit organization.
