Liked: The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was great, with a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. However, one member of our family was severely bitten by bed bugs, which unfortunately made the aftermath of our stay unpleasant.
Disliked: There were bed bugs in the room, and one member of my family left the property with multiple bites on the body. It has not happened to us in any hotel before.

Great for first time visitors!...

Liked: Great service, even had utensils upon request and very friendly. Much appreciated as a first time visitor. Would come back again !
Disliked: Not too much, parking was pretty good, but if you come back from a late night out, you might have to park a bit farther out from your room. Either way, having parking for the hotel is nice, but it is $20 to park
