When I arrived the lobby was closed. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to open. The receptionist had a rude attitude. If I had a question she ignored me and told me to wait.

Liked: The floor of room was bubbled up and the TV did not work, the shower looked as if it wasn't cleaned. I asked for assistance and was told they couldn't figure it out.
