Staff was really nice. Other than that, I would not recommend to anyone. We stayed there in January, and it was colder than a deep freeze in there - and we had the heat cranked up.

Liked: The interior was very clean and had nice pillows and linens. Staff was exceptional. Got a great reference for dinner from front desk. Good access to/from highway. Would stay again.
Disliked: Exterior is not inviting and it feels isolated. Needs some general maintenance and cleaning.

Liked: Main lobby, parking facilities, cleansiness and very accommodating staff
Disliked: Air conditioning was terribly noisy and my room was in proximity of the ice machine which I have heard all night long.

Good Stay. Would Stay Again.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is just outside downtown and it's easy to walk to a lot of nearby attractions. Breakfast was basic but decent. Wifi and TV worked well.
Disliked: Fitness centre could be expanded a bit to include more equipment. Pool was closed during my stay however they advised that they had a partnership with another hotel nearby that let guests use their pool.

It served it's purpose, won't...

Liked: It is sort of close to Saint John hospital (the reason we were there) so that was nice. The suite was big, had 2 rooms which was nice.
Disliked: The room smelled like chlorine. And unfortunately despite it being a suite, there's only heat in 1 room. So on an extremely cold night like the night we were there, the room wouldn't warm up so we basically froze all night.
