Staff was really nice. Other than that, I would not recommend to anyone. We stayed there in January, and it was colder than a deep freeze in there - and we had the heat cranked up.

Comfortable stay in a convenient...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic- lots of choices, fresh hot food, good coffee. Staff was very friendly. Pool was good and I liked the long hours.
Disliked: The room doors slam shut, which makes for a lot of noise and a big vibration. I’m wondering if the mechanisms can be adjusted, or maybe some felt bumpers could be added on the doorframes to lessen the noise.

Pleasant for a few nights

Liked: Having a laundry available for guests was very welcome - and, unfortunately, very rare. Perhaps other people don't like to change clothes and be clean when they travel? Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable but a bit high for getting in and out. The hotel is on a busy road but we had no traffic noise.
Disliked: It was nothing to do with the hotel but it took us an extra hour to get there due to road works and diversion signs that appeared more concerned with directing people into the city centre. The bathroom could do with a fan and hooks to hang towels. Our room appeared to be next to a meeting room and for two evenings we had a lot of loud voices. They sounded like religious groups but fortunately they only lasted a couple of hours.

Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay there again.
Disliked: The location wasn't as close to downtown as I had thought, however it is only a short drive to downtown from the hotel.
