Staff was really nice. Other than that, I would not recommend to anyone. We stayed there in January, and it was colder than a deep freeze in there - and we had the heat cranked up.

Liked: What I really enjoyed about my stay:The à la carte options were surprisingly good and exceeded my expectations.The hotel’s location was very convenient for the venue we were attending, making it easy to get around.The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression.Everything seemed clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
Disliked: During my stay, I encountered a few issues that impacted my comfort and overall experience. The heater in the room emitted a high-pitched squealing sound that made it impossible to sleep with it on, leaving us with the uncomfortable choice of either being cold or enduring the noise. Additionally, we could hear the heater from the neighboring room, which compounded the issue.The lighting in the room consisted of white LED bulbs, which felt harsh and uninviting. As someone with sensory sensitivities to sound and light, I found this quite challenging. I would encourage the facility to consider adjustments to these aspects, as making them more accommodating would improve accessibility for neurodivergent guests.Another point of concern was that the alarm clock in our room was pre-set to 6 a.m., which was an unwelcome surprise. We could also hear the alarm in the neighboring room, which seemed similarly pre-set. While I’m sure this wasn’t intentional, it was an unusual inconvenience that disrupted our rest.I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
