Over priced for its accommodations

Liked: Speedy service and the front desk person was nice. Parking was great and close to the entrance. Are Room was close to the elevator. Room was clean and the bedding was clean also.the heater works well.
Disliked: The bathroom doors had crayon scribbled all over, the door. Had a old look, looked like it needed a big make over. For the price. Me and my wife travel all over the east coast. We thought that since we were closer to Philly are room would be more attractive and up-to-date. It wasn't. The location was off the beaten path but easily found. We only used the room to sleep and move on with are weakend

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! VERY SAD!

Disliked: It was VERY OVERPRICED for what was received & anything that was needed for a more comfortable stay was an issue. When I got there the front desk wanted me to leave a CASH deposit??? I refused & it was an issue & we were late for our reservations. No elevator, had to carry everything up steps, no warning (I'm disabled). Asked for an extra sheet set & extra towels as I have health issues. It was another issue. I had to EXPLAIN WHY I NEEDED THEM! I ordered a room with a jacuzzi tub & one of the handles was missing!!! Couldn't run the tub I paid extra for. Went downstairs twice to switch rooms, NO ONE AT THE DESK. WAS SICK OF WASTING MY TIME BEGGING FOR THINGS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AUTOMATICALLY GIVEN!!! DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL! WE SAVED UP TO HAVE A DATE NIGHT THIS YEAR & IT WAS NOT A FUN EXPERIENCE! VERY SAD!

A good deal

Liked: I felt I got my money's worth with a clean facility and a continental breakfast. At checking I needed a ground level room because my husband could not do stairs and facility did not have an elevator. The management accommodated my request quickly, much appreciated.
Disliked: Not located on a main street; yet not difficult to find.

Disliked: Hair on the pillows, weirdly mounted toilet, outlets didn't work, non smoking rooms smelled like smoke, continental breakfast that was shown as a full breakfast
