Liked: I liked the Atmosphere, the Guy at the front was polite and kind!
Disliked: Everything was great !

Mold, lack of working electrical...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Facility had serious maintenance problems, including serious mold problem from what seemed evident to have been a major water leak. Staff even mentioned that they were unable to find maintenance workers. The first room I was given, on fourth floor, there was an overwhelming rank stench from mold, and a frightening giant white stain on carpet as you stepped off elevator. It had mold smell throughout. The second room I was given was in hall with filthy carpet along the room side of the corridor, and weird bad undefinable smell, as if was once a smoking room? Hadn't been cleaned in 10 years? Musty. But then the bathroom vent pumped an overpowering mold smell into room when on, and it came on automatically with light - so I had to use bathroom holding breath and in dark. There were no usable places to plug in electronics, because lamp with sockets between beds had no power - and unable to move beds to investigate. Desktop lamp had erosion and peeling paint on base, where there were two sockets, that did not work when lamp was on. The only other options were unplugging desk lamp to pull its plug from wall, to use that wall socket, and using the only other available socket near floor in entryway.

Liked: The bed and pillows were great. It was convenient to Schnauzerfest.
Disliked: The exit and entry door on the side near room was hard to open.

Would definitely stay again.
