Disappointed

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The towels in the room were stained. They never brought new ones when asked. The curtains were stained. There was garbage left in the coffee tray.

Disliked: The fact that I can't take my breakfast to my room but I can bring any other food

Disliked: The bed sheets smelled of perfume like they hadn’t been changed. The person at the front desk was awful and rude. Stayed here last year with no issues. But if someone stuffing their face with chips while you have an issue is your thing. Then right to it! Stole 100 from me for “suspension” of smoking in the room regardless of the manager telling her we didn’t. Disgusting customer service
