It was not as relaxing...

Liked: The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, the space/seating in the room was alright.
Disliked: Found half empty pretzel and chip containers in window sill, rust in the tub, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, I had to use a hairclip to get the curtainsto stay closed on a main floor room and it still was open at the top, the "leather" desk chair is peeling and very hard, the room is definitely in need of some upgrades. It was not very sound proof, we could hear children running up and down the hallways until after 11pm and as early as 7am. The pool/hottub was overcrowded, could not use or relax.

Liked: The convenience. It was easy to get to my training from the location.
Disliked: Had a wheelchair accessible room, was NOT accessible. All they had was de cafe coffee in the room as they had no regular as their order did not come. SO we had to go buy a coffee maker for our room. The room was always so hot, we had to buy a fan, they offered to try and fix at 9PM when I wanted to go to bed. They offered to move me rooms when I was in a Course during the day and was a huge hassle to move as I am in a wheelchair. The rooms are not the cleanest. I made noise complaints about the room next door that their dog barked all day and evening. The WIFI was crap and I could not even use my computer or ipad on it. Again wheelchair accessible room was NOT accessible at all. I only got housekeeping the day after I arrived. When I asked for daily for clean towels and garbage emptied and when I asked why we did not get it daily when asked we were told they do not offer housekeeping but once every 3 days. GROSS. I had to constantly ask for towels everyday and no one took the dirty ones or the garbages so we bought garbage bags so we could take it out ourselves. I had to ask for a shower chair as again I am in a wheelchair and their tubs are not accessible, The shower chair did NOT even have the rubber non slip feet on it. It was not sturdy. The final day the shower chair broke while I was on it again NOT SAFE and I fell......all I was offered was 1 night free from the 3 nights. DOing the review from my computer but I have all the photos.

Worth the pool

Liked: Water slide. Comfy beds. Big rooms.
Disliked: Showers need update. Not very good cleaning services. The staff were on cell phones all the time
