Lovely place. Great breakfast selection. Very close to popular dining options.

Liked: Clean and nice location.
Disliked: Reception was told three times that the person in our room was not us. After checking the signed papers she still gave us the wrong key. Thankfully we are honest people and knew tbe people, but a little follow through would have avoided several embarrassing moments.

It was my first time staying at a Days Inn. And when we arrived the front desk lady was alone and trying to get everyone checked in. The phone was ringing and you can tell she was flustered. But she was very composed and everyone from Marilyn to Jenn were so so nice. They made sure we were happy and if we needed anything they were extremely accommodating. Our stay was beyond great. Honestly we cannot wait to stay again. There is everything from malls and restaurants 3 to 6 minutes away. We were very happy. And I hope the staff knows how great they made our stay. It was just constant smiles and refreshing energy. Thank you for making our weekend so stress free.

Liked: It was my first time at a Days Inn. The front desk lady Marilyn was amazing and the whole staff was so polite and friendly.
Disliked: Short staffed during check in.

Overall it was a good night's rest.

Disliked: We didn't get the king size bed we paid for.

Basic Place with Great Staff

Liked: The staff was very friendly and very accommodating.
Disliked: The key machine didn’t work which meant that we had to be let in. The sink didn’t have much water pressure.

Disliked: Even though I booked online @ booking.com prior to check in. I checked in at 0300 am, I was told that o couldn’t check in with the booking I pre booked, that I had to book a new day. So I had to pay again for the new day, so I was charged again at the hotel. Even though the staff was accommodating. The internet was down during check in, and did not receive a key to the room I double booked. The receptionist had to let me in with the master key. I did feel like I was restricted in my going out and coming in from the room. I did check out at 730 am. I only needed the room for one night but was charged twice for my stay. That didn’t sit well with me.

Disliked: Repairs needed. Broken shower curtain rod. TV picture snowy. Could be a little quieter - elevator door bangs could be heard in room.
