Was able to sleep comfortably...

Liked: Had an ambulance pick me up from lobby early morning - 5am. My husband signed us out. We were supposed to receive points for our visit, but after 30 days no points have been added to my husband’s account. Otherwise staff was very kind and supportive. Wound up I had a kidney stone that caused the bleeding and pain.
Disliked: Getting our points and a breakfast to go when we returned from hospital to drop off key. Also 2 bottles of water per person. I have medications to take both at night and in morning.

Liked: The staff is very pleasant they got me the room I requested everything was very nice.
Disliked: This hotel has a policy against having birthday parties with unregistered guests. One of the reasons I selected this hotel is this policy. When I arrived Saturday night there was a birthday party of at least 12 preteen girls. There are only two adults present, one only part-time, the other one was busy watching a baby and playing on her phone. I attempted to come into the pool and it was made very clear that my presence was unwanted and they thought that the pool was for the young ladies for the evening. The hard splashing the diving and horsefly was very loud and it looked to me as if somebody were going to get injured so I decided that I should not stay in the pool area. I could not find the desk person to report the situation and I was terribly afraid of Retribution if I did. This family seemed very entitled like they had the right to be there and no one else did. Well the noise from young ladies in the pool traveled down the hallway, my door was the seventh door from the pool and it was so loud I could tell you exact conversations. When I complained the next morning I was told that the desk person had no knowledge of any of this. I do not know how this is possible because everyone else in the hotel knew this was going on. Slamming doors, loud shrieking down the hallways, it was just impossible to rest. I chose this hotel because it's normally very quiet and mostly adult working class it was just horrible this time.

Disliked: what could of been better maybe not charging someone 50$ deposit than saying we would get it back in 14 days is crazy but lucky we got it back yesterday , our room in the tub had hair in the tub nasty the tub didnt drane well , less learned never stay here best western are way nicer
