Disliked: The check in process took much longer than it should have. The first room we were put in the TV remote didn't work so we were moved to another room. Room was run down, had an unpleasent smell, and half of the lights didn't work. There was no extra blanket for the bed and the bed covers were paper thin. The in room heating was a cheap space heater because the built in AC system didn't work. The indoor...INDOOR pool was "closed for the winter". The inroom coffee maker didn't have a carraffe so making coffee wasn't an option.

Disliked: The toilet kept running, the shower knob was stripped so it didn't work properly the water was extremely hot because I couldn't adjust it
