This was a nice hotel to stay at. It was by no means the nicest but the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Horrible experience by a guest...

Liked: Seemed clean.
Disliked: A guest below us called the police on us. Said that all the adults left and left 3 children alone in the room. Which was not true. Lots of harassment from the same guest. Said that the kids were too noisy. It wasn't quiet hours, and they're 3! Then they moved us across the hall. One of our guests took a shower and left NON PERMANENT hair dye on a towel and a bit of shower curtain. There was a $50 deposit on each room. We had 2. They kept the deposit from both rooms for the hair dye. They finally gave me $40 back. Not $50. Plus, the housekeeper that made the accusation was in the laundry room smoking a cigarette when I went down for a roll of toilet paper. Maybe they should be fined for that. I'm sure that they're using the towel and shower curtain that I paid $60 for since it wasn't permanent and washes right out!

Liked: We had an issue with the first room but were given a different room that had working heat. Gentleman at the desk was helpful and quickly took care of it.
Disliked: Breakfast ends at 9 am on the weekends, which seems a bit early. Would be nice to have coffee, tea, and few fruits and pastries available after 9 am on the weekends.

Nice area, but Chalking up...

Disliked: Room was supposed to be smoke free, which it might have been but hard to tell when the hallways smelt so bad of cigarette smoke. Both, my daughter and I needed to take addition medications due to allergies. Found blood smears on the light fixtures and walls. We also found several dead bugs. Shower head was so clogged with build up that we cleaned it as best as possible with a face cloth. Shower wouldn't come on because someone had turned the faucet almost completely off. The toilet literally moved an inch side to side, as well as the toilet seat. Two people stayed in the room and were left with 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 bar of soap. Mold on ceiling in the bathroom as well as around the sprinkler head. Fitted bed sheet was not even on the mattress completely. Refrigerator made the most gawd awful sounds and kept us awake. Daughter went to get something from the vending machine after midnight, only to find the desk clerk asleep on the couch in lobby with bare feetWe were going to eat breakfast when we checked out at 645am(Bradley was supposed to be available at 6am) and there wasn't even coffee made.
