Liked: It was convenient for a quick booking to accommodate my disabled parents and the rest of the family after a very trying day.
Disliked: If you have elderly or disability we did not see an elevator. It smelled bad, and the guy working the night desk was rude.

Liked: David, on breakfast and front desk was kind, efficient and helpful.
Disliked: It's an older building, no elevator and no offer to use first floor for my 90 year old grandfather, even if it cost a little extra.... Checking staff was mediocre at best but efficient. Not everyday can be a great day for everyone.

David on the morning reception...

Liked: The room was very clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. David on the reception desk in the morning was excellent and very helpful.
Disliked: The night staff on reception was not very pleasant.
