I wouldn't do it again...

Liked: Very little. The location was good. For us it was okay but for those wanting to be near the university or downtown it was very good. The bed was good. King sized, though it had replaced a full- or queen-sized bed and still had the original smaller headboard mounted to the wall. Putting the king-sized bed into that already small room really made for a cramped space.Overall, the staff were friendly and did their best to be accommodating.
Disliked: Extreme price gouging. It was the only game left in town. The rate for the one night was 953% of the normal rate. I couldn't change dates because I was there for the funeral of my youngest daughter.In the evening when we returned from dinner, we found the bathroom and the carpeting in part of the room flooded. A man came from the front desk to try to make a repair but was unable and simply turned off the water supply to the toilet. We could either change rooms or get a reduction on our bill. We chose the latter. They gave us half off, but 50% of 950% is still 475%.This still did not compensate for the other poor conditions of the room. The plumbing was attrocious! The wash basin was rust stained and the fixtures corroded. The drain vent looked as if someone had used a chisel to enlarge it, leaving a gaping dark hole. The clogged aerator would cause you to be sprayed if you turned the faucet on hard enough to get enough water to rinse.The bathtub had corrosion and rust around the fixtures, some chipped porcelain, and a dirt or stain ring around the inside.The overall condition of the room, the common areas, and the exterior were in very poor condition and in need of extensive repairs and renovation.

Definitely not worth the 200+...
