Very good

Liked: David, on breakfast and front desk was kind, efficient and helpful.
Disliked: It's an older building, no elevator and no offer to use first floor for my 90 year old grandfather, even if it cost a little extra.... Checking staff was mediocre at best but efficient. Not everyday can be a great day for everyone.

David on the morning reception...

Liked: The room was very clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. David on the reception desk in the morning was excellent and very helpful.
Disliked: The night staff on reception was not very pleasant.

Would ever stay again and...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: the place was a dump the first room was noise and TV did not work the person at desk hard to understand the second room the toilet was broken

Rested, and refreshed. I'll be...

Liked: Very peaceful. The gentleman who checked me in was very professional, kind and helpful, PLEASE recognize him and make sure he got a good review. I didn't catch his name, it was the afternoon shift 2:30pm. It would please me more if he was given some kind of recognition.
Disliked: Check out being at 11am. All hotels need to change checkout to be at 12
