The other reviews seem overly critical. It was comparably less expensive and super convenient. There are things that you give up the less you pay. That's how it works.

Liked: I could have walked if I'd wound up having more fun than I should have had.
Disliked: I went to a concert and walked into the room afterwards, took off my boots and within 2 minutes the front desk was calling with a noise complaint. I didn't even turn the TV on. Some customers like to whine but it is marketed as a "concert hotel" right? I was asleep 5 minutes later. No big deal.

Disliked: I booked this room for family. They had no complaints other than the loud people all hours of the night and knock on their door at 3am. My only issue was upon picking them up one morning, the entryway to the hotel looks unkempt and trashy. Some ceiling tiles in the covered entryway were missing and some about to fall out. There were pieces of the exterior coming off. An entryway should be welcoming and this definitely was not.
