The other reviews seem overly critical. It was comparably less expensive and super convenient. There are things that you give up the less you pay. That's how it works.

Liked: I could have walked if I'd wound up having more fun than I should have had.
Disliked: I went to a concert and walked into the room afterwards, took off my boots and within 2 minutes the front desk was calling with a noise complaint. I didn't even turn the TV on. Some customers like to whine but it is marketed as a "concert hotel" right? I was asleep 5 minutes later. No big deal.

I would stay there again

Liked: It was clean and a very good value
Disliked: We were on the first floor by an exit door so people would be out there smoking and you could hear him, but we were only there for one night stay

Disliked: The staff was horrible they couldn't find our booking and when we went to check in staff was not available we waited 10 mins before anyone came to the front desk and when they did they couldn't find our check-in we had to go somewhere else when we called customer service they couldn't accommodate us at all will not be using the app no more.

Liked: Parking lot was nice and clean so it was inviting coming in. Staff that checked me in was pretty friendly so it made me feel comfortable. Clear happy atmosphere!
