Disliked: This place was the worst. So dirty. Ultraviolet light exposed excessive bodily fluids EVERYWHERE. Every wall and surface had it on it. Bathtub was so dirty we couldn't use it. Stayed in a non smoking room but the sheets and pillow cases were full of burn holes.

Disliked: It was filthy. No customer service. No ice. I had to walk to another hotel to get some. And when I say filthy. I mean absolutely disgusting. Fridge didn’t work. Was full of dirt.

Disliked: First room was dirty and spring coming out of bed. Moved to another room and the fridge was missing along with the phone. There was no ice machine on property even though it said they had one. I would like a partial refund at least, we had no way to keep our food and drinks cold.

Disliked: Room was not clean, bathroom was nearly unsanitary. Lock on the door was broken.

Liked: I thought that the breakfast menu could have been a more better selection / it was a basic menu (pancakes, muffins or bagels)
Disliked: My room had no heat, the light fixture was broken, someone put a hole in the bathroom door, there were holes in the linen and the door needs to be replaced (it seems to have been either kicked in or breached for an unknown reason / Nothing was done about the issue
