Horrible, never going back
Disliked: The front desk lady refused to help me, My reservation was lost, I got on a call with Booking.coms customer help line, and I got a really helpful person on the other end. Truly I hate customer service calls, but I lucked out this time. The customer service lady called the hotel front desk to help me out, at this point I spent an hour the line mostly just waiting a queue, I was in the parking lot the whole time, so the front desk could see me on my phone, the hotel manager could see me spending time trying to fix the problem, it got to a point customer service called the front desk. The front desk manager was on the phone for a few minutes before hanging up and I thought wow that was quick. It was quick because THE FRONT DESK MANAGER HUNG UP ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WANTED ME TO PAY FOR A NEW ROOM. If the manager could have worked with me at all, I would be fine, but she laughed at me when I said I didn't feel comfortable paying an extra $175 which is what I ended up having to do. All she said was "Next time use Expedia and this won't happen because we have a computer dedicated to Expedia support, this sort of thing happens all the time with Booking.com.", okay put that on your website then, and if Booking.com is the problem, TAKE YOUR HOTEL OFF OF BOOOKING.COM. Your incompetancy is not their fault. Horrible experience all around. When I did sit in the lobby for a bit I could hear the manager making fun of the people staying in the hotel. Literally calling them broke, stupid, hard to deal with, and I was there to witness these horrible customers who made life so hard. None of their demands were unreasonable. One man just wanted to know where the smoking area was since they changed to a no smoking policy recently. How is it disrespectful to the manager, that a man go out of his way to make sure he is compliantly smoking in a designated area?

Liked: It’s close to our conference venue
Disliked: They didn’t clean our room our entire stay even after telling them there were food trash that needed to be taken out. I was afraid cockroaches would start coming out. We also had to reuse towels. Asked if we can refund one night since we had to check out early but we’re still waiting on word from both motel and booking.com.

It was what it was
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The bathroom was pretty gross. I got charged twice for my stay. Hotel didn’t remove the charge. Had to dispute it.
