Disliked: No breakfast. No ice. Short staffed.

Awful! We left two days...

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was moldy coffee in the coffee pot. Ashes in the floor, BUGS!We had to go get bug spray. Got no towels the entire stay. Was told I could wheel my wheelchair to the lobby to get my own towels.

Deplorable

Liked: Said free breakfast and there was coffee and granola bar. Hole in the bathroom ceiling, no towels or rags. No coffee in the room. Although they stated there was. Bed linens were dirty. As well as the floor.
Disliked: Fix all the things written above.

It was awful did not...

Disliked: Mold every where. Employees were extremely rude. Did not feel safe.

Liked: room had roches on the floor, black spots on the mattress seams, no breakfast, only a few health bars. didn't like anything

Save your time and go...

Disliked: Customer service at check in was poor, staff was on her phone and laughing the whole time. The outside was nasty with clutter. No ice machine convenient. No easy tv, without signing into your phone which I had bad service there. We had to switch rooms The first didn’t have no heat and the fridge didn’t work. The second room we had to go purchase bulbs cause they didn’t work and the one over the bathroom sink area still didn’t work. Three people staying and only one towel and hang rag. I got double charge plus a deposit fee, going on three days k have not got back yet. The outside was cluttered and nasty. They don’t serve breakfast, other than muffin and donut with coffee or juice.

Liked: Facilities were just fine.just having lots of difficulties getting my deposit back.and now no one will even answer the phones
Disliked: The fact that I'm having trouble getting my deposit back is not cool at all1

Disliked: upon check in we where give a room that someone was in. the next room the refrigerator was not working tv remote did not work then they gave us a nother room that someone was in. they sent us to a room that the smell was so bad we went back to the room with no refigerator or tv remote the lady at front desk said if you dont like it you can go somewhere else

Disliked: This place is false advertising the pictures look nothing like it!!! We had no shower curtain, rod was broke, lights were either blowed out or no bulbs, we got the room for the fireplace and it was busted and didn't even work, the jacuzzi was dirty along with caulking all around it, couch was busted, floors were filthy, beds were broken and it smelled really musty, holes in walls and there was bugs. I DO NOT RECOMEND STAYING HERE! And 2nd room was just as bad we checked back out and ask for a refund. Said they would refund us i was to get back to them and now they are not answering the phone!!! If I don't get a refund back within 24 hours ill be calling there state inspector along with whoever else we need to to get the full refund. I'll add we went thru booking com and they've been trying to call them as well and not answering.. I have pictures as well of everything in the rooms I will be more than happy to share them... very disappointed
