Liked: Nice place
Disliked: We could not sleep because of the noise was so loud from the doors in the hallways. Breakfast was very cold. Even the coffee are, you could hear all the conversations from the other rooms and the alarms. Did not rest at all.

Great stay

Liked: We use this hotel on all our trips to piedras negras the staff is amazing with Americans it's comfortable and clean and in a great location. The pool is beautiful and clean.
Disliked: Our TV and the internet was giving us problems.This time was the first time we stayed on the first floor and it was a bit louder

A Great Place for an...

Liked: I enjoyed the overnight stay at this hotel. The grounds were very clean, and the outdoor space where the pool was located was very inviting. We enjoyed our time there. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. We appreciated the secured parking area, as well.
Disliked: This really didn't affect our group, but the hotel does not have elevators. So if you are unable to use stairs, be sure to ask for a ground floor room. I'm sure they will do their best to accommodate you. Just something to take note of.
