Liked: Convenient room as advertised. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Not a great breakfast. Hotel is dated and doesn't feel super clean.

Nina and Tina

Liked: •••Cx Srv••••Def NOT Cx Srv•Nina, 01.09.24, could barely speak English. Very hard to understand and hear. She hung up. Called back, “It sounds like you’re giving me a hard time. Hung up. Called back, she still didn’t understand; said Tina doesn’t work there anymore, nothing she could do. FINALLY, she said Mr Paul would call me. He was very helpful. Couldn’t help me though. I asked him to ask Tina the page number in the hotels clerks training guide it where explicitly says to hang up on a Cx twice and say they can’t help and pop abt giving her a hard time and hang up. She DID NOT speak English very well, therefore, she can’t understand. I record my calls via iPhones new record a call. Mr Paul gave me the booking.com Do you think they can help. Ha! Tina: gave incorrect info abt a RES. I was unable to cancel bc she said I didn’t have a RES
