Liked: When I arrived I asked for a first floor room and there was no problem moving me to a different room. Breakfast was good, I really liked the waffles
Disliked: nothing

Overall decent stay!

Liked: Conveniently located for my doctor's appts in Petoskey!
Disliked: Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Hair in the shower with some moldy spots.

Disliked: Stair wells were dirty. Cushions in the breakfast area need cleaned or replaced as they were stained and dirty. The balcony screen door was on the balcony. And no seating available on the balcony.

Disliked: The bed and pillows were pretty old and uncomfortable.

Liked: the hotel was clean and fairly well maintained. The staff was very friendly. the Location was easy to find and convenient. lots of restaurants around and there was even a free 2 mile limo available.
Disliked: there isn't enough parking spaces and the parking lot is tight. The caulking in the shower needs to be replaced. I wouldn't get in the elevator if I was you.
