Overall good.

Liked: It’s good and comfortable. The location is nice and there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The place is clean.
Disliked: On my first night, I found a cockroach walking on my body while sleeping. That night I didn’t had a sound sleep at all as I was always thinking if there were any more. But luckily I found only one.

Exceptional

Very good

Liked: Art at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I slept so well here.

Pleasant

Liked: the hotel is in a good location with lots of places to eat close by and close to the expressway.
Disliked: my first room had roaches in it. I killed a bunch then had to call and get a new room. I almost just left and asked for a refund. But I've stayed here before and my room was fine so I wa Ted to gove them the benefit of the doubt.

Liked: Pros: Inexpensive!! All the basics were good, clean & functional :) Close to shopping and dining.
Disliked: Cons: Don’t expect any extras here (extremely little breakfast, no coffee maker or hair dryer in the rooms, and if you want another towel they expect you to trade in a dirty one).

Liked: The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: The sink was missing something that caused water to go all over if you turned it on. Had to adjust it to a trickle to keep the water from going all over.

Passable

Liked: You get what you pay for and it was inexpensive. Room was okay.
Disliked: Room was okay other than the fridge squeeling every time it turned on. It was SOOO loud. We heard every conversation in every room around us, every door that close BANGED. We slept maybe 3 hours. We won't be back.

Meh but okay

Liked: The location was great and close to everything. The space in the room was great.
Disliked: The surfaces were not as clean as they should be for the type of service I was seeking. There was noticeable dirt on various surfaces. I used Clorox wipes to wipe down areas. There was hair on the shower walls, and on the bathroom floor.
