Disliked: Bed was not made wouldn’t switch the room heat did not work

Will NEVER stay here again....

Liked: The price was good. But you get what you pay for. The staff unhelpful most of the time but always had a smile and very friendly.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. Bed had what looked like blood on it. The vents were covered in dust and stuff. Lamp shade had stains. Shower head had mold or something on it. The floor felt like it had never been vacuumed. The key card did not work, had to ask multiple times for help to get it to work. Vending machines ate our money, never gave out what we purchased. The so called breakfast that is included was bagels and coffee. We asked for extra pillows and towels and were told they did not have access to them, we would have to wait for housekeeping to come which is every other day. The walls are paper thin, was woken up multiple times in middle of the night.

This hotel is scammy and...

Disliked: The clerk said we'd reserved a smoking room, and charged us an extra 60$ to upgrade. The contract i signed said the hotel is 100% non smoking, so pretty sure i got scammed. The roof started leaking on the second night, and the whole wing reeked of marijuana. The external doors don't have any locks, which made the whole place feel very unsafe.
