Disgusting

Disliked: They have bedbugs and refused to give me a refund. I paid for 3 days and 2 nights, only stayed one night. I got bit all morning. Room was dirty and disgusting staff was very rude and nasty.

It was a stay.

Disliked: When traveling with a friend, the ventilation slats in the door made using the bathroom awkward. I was most disturbed by the air intake above the bath tub. It was coated in a thick layer of dust and dirt. Clearly it had not been cleaned in some time. Disgusting! I would not shower there.

The beginning of my stay...

Liked: i like that it is quiet here.
Disliked: i dont like the staff they have been rude and offense on multiple occasions. Although its not everyone here being rude, the manager usually never helps and sometimes is rude also.

Liked: Good and clean
Disliked: rm 163 was missing a remote, the other one in the main bedroom area did not work. Last time I had stayed they had no spares, so hope they do going forward. Other than that room was good and clean.
