Liked: Location of property. General staff were helpful and pleasant. We had to change rooms.
Disliked: The very first night I had a cockroach run across my chest while in bed at 2:00am. I captured one ogf them and chased the other one across the bed and another across the floor. After walking around the room for this and going back to sit on the bed my wife noticed my feet were very dirty. The next morning while getting things packed up my wifes feet were very dirty . She had taken a shower 10 minutes before and had to warsh them again. I went to the office with one of the cockroaches I captured and discussed the issues with the office personal. They told us they would talk to the manager and get back to us. We put our luaggage in the car ansd went on with our day. I received a text from the office notifing us we would be transfered to another room. That room they transfered us to the carpets were clean and the carpet had been done before we transfered to the room. It appears threy are trying to fix the rooms up however the quality of work is not very good. Upon leaving I gave the keys to the manager and he never said a thing to me. I told him we were the ones who had to be transfered and the new room and it was better than first one. He never replied, I will never stay in that hotel ever. I will pay double for another hotel than stay there I also will notify friends and family not to stay there. With all that transpired I think the manager would have said something. The rest of the staff were very helpfull and pleasant.

Liked: Nothing stay away
Disliked: Charged me twice to stay. Didn't realize it until afterwards they ran my card twice. Roger refused to refund it.

The curtains did not match...

Liked: The property was clean.
Disliked: The travel products were not replenished and in fact half used products were left in the shower. Made me wonder if the bathroom was cleaned at all after the last guests checked out.
