Clean, quiet, peaceful and just...

Liked: It was quiet, comfy, and very relaxing. Very spacious. Very clean and well organized and the staff was so nice for the entire stay.
Disliked: Internet was slow. So the tv kept buffering. But that will not stop me from staying there again.

Got what I I paid...

Liked: Very close to where I needed to be and right next to a McDonald’s and Taco Bell for fast food
Disliked: One of my pillows has a dirty case, very dated looking place, window opens with no screen, pool and hot tub have piles of crumbling paint floating on the bottom and collecting in the corners so that was kind of gross, and “breakfast” is peanut butter crackers or a small muffin, bananas, a loaf of bread, and an egg steamer. Had an option of regular coffee, and if you’re quick enough you can have some juice or milk from a communal gallon.

Would stay there again.

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Very clean. Easy to find. Good location. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: WiFi could have a better signal. Breakfast could have more choices.

It was disappointing at all...

Disliked: It smelled Smokey musty smelling which affected my allergies, room was not set up like was agreed upon, we did not consider that hot breakfast, disappointed that we have to cook it. No bagels, fresh donuts or biscuits and gravy. So what we paid for compared to what we received was not sufficient.We have stayed at your hotel since it was built.

Disliked: No coffee maker in room or microwave they are saying due to Covid but Covid has been over for awhile.

Won’t be back!

Liked: was quiet because there wasn’t many guests.
Disliked: They wanted a $100 deposit for damage to their rooms because they were newly remodeled. (not the room we were in.) The room was dirty there was still trash in the trash can. The shower curtain was ripped. The bedspread was covered in stains that were gross looking. Stains on our towels (we never used we weren’t sure they’d been cleaned.) Stains on carpet. We took pics so we don’t get charged for damages we didn’t do.

Liked: Well, it was close to the expressway and my relative’s house.
Disliked: The lobby was used for storage of a/c nits and a spare tire. The building was generally well-worn and in need of upgrade. Breakfast was warm coffee and a few boiled eggs and bananas. The room carpet was in good condition which is the best I can say about the room.
