OK and I actually would stay there again.

Liked: Good location, central.
Disliked: Clean up the hallways and check sockets in rooms - mine did not work properly.

I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cozy. I like how there's a living room off to the side.
Disliked: No microwave. Bathroom needs a fan.

Very Bad Experience

Liked: The mirror was broken, housekeeping never came, the toilet didn't flush properly, water had a weird smell to it, peeling wallpaper, something was broken on the dry wall as well, very dirty carpet, broken chair, and broken TV.

Superb

Liked: There was no breakfast, location was perfect for us.
Disliked: We arrived approximately 7:00pm, it was dark outside already. We couldn't enter the hotel for several minutes until the security person finally let us in, in the meantime, homeless people & drug addicts are walking by us on the sidewalk, yelling, it was very un- nerving. When security let us in we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in.

Liked: It was close to University of Ottawa
Disliked: Customer service front desk was not trained, not very helpful. Entire place was dirty. Carpets dirty, tv was not working at all. Place did not smell clean. Room was dusty and had mold. We cleaned bathroom before using it.

Liked: Good size room, and ideal location for our needs.

Disappointing

Disliked: The wifi is 30$ extra if we use it. The AC wouldn't let us sleep and it was a piece of wood that was holding it. We didn't noticed when we arrived that one of the windows was opened. We noticed it once we left.
