Disliked: I felt the price was high but that’s because I originally had 2 kids supposed to stay in the room too but didn’t in the end and was same price. No breakfast included.

Disliked: Strong odour on first floor - like animal urine stuck in the hallway carpets Had no idea the hotel was home to many refugees and there were children running around the hallways (playing) at all hours. Happy the kids were having fun but would have liked to know in advance the hotel was housing refugees. My dog is reactive around children and it was a bit stressful taking her outside for a walk with so much chaos and noise all around us.

Disliked: leak from ceiling onto AC unit and there was mold on wall under it then moved rooms and room next door could hear their TV all night through the wall like it was in my room and all outlets were so loose you couldn't charge a phone because plug wouldn't stay
